The contracts on the following pages will by no means guarantee you having booked any building until the date has been cleared by the Fair Board and the retainer fee paid. The contracts on the following pages will be printable versions of the original contracts issued. The Event Calendar is updated regularly to keep you informed of upcoming events and booked dates. Use the above link to access the calendar to check the availability of your date before sending a contract.
